About LSG 747

Is to provide the country with the basic food requirements as shown by Maslow hierarchy of need that food is essential before any need, with South Africans need for urbanisation a lot of agricultural and farming activities are neglected leading to increased food shortage and underutilisation of land, Hence the concept of AGRI Business was formed.

Moreover, urbanisation has also created a problem of housing were township landlords are taking advantage by giving people substandard accommodation yet charging huge amount of money which because of high housing costs the people are forced to accept. With this problem in mind Rental Business was developed with the aim of bringing Hotels to the suburban areas. 2010 FIFA world Cup has led to this realisation of lack of accommodation for visitors. Furthermore, the changing environment where woman are no longer house wives, the high wage requirements by the cleaners and domestic workers has led to people resorting to doing their own washing. LSG 747 Laundries was formed to aliviate some of the house hold chores like washing to allow people to have more rest & be proactive at their respective jobs.

Having stayed in a suburban area for a very long time there is a lack of a decent CAR Wash that is not build next to the road with dodgy designs. With that being said, people who do not like washing next to the roads are forced to drive 4 km to get a decent car wash. The LSG 747 Car Wash is designed for the sophisticated suburban residents who want to be able to relax while waiting for their cars can easily go home and do other duties. A walk away from home or it will be delivered. It is designed to develop the youth who aspire to run businesses to learn how to handle customers & treat clients as Kings & Queens.

In addition, with the association of people possessing different skills & as a community motivator we are approached by different people who require advices on different issues, e.g. Building & Construction, Trucking and Commodity trading. Having 15 years’ experience in Mining moving from a Metallurgist, to Services, Logistics and finally being Sales & Marketing, it lead to Projects of which Commodity consulting division of the business. From time to time we are being approached by the community to help in giving the motivational talks and advising other youth on Life issues and how to make it in the Mining world. This has lead to the Speaker’s Corner which is a motivational division of the Close corporation. The idea also is to write the personal experience books were unsung heroes of the community can publish their experiences and ultimately motivating young township youth to realise that the future is in their hands and they are living with heroes among them.

Our philosophy is to bring the service to the community which is not often accessible to the majority of the people in the suburban areas and the rural community. It Is further based on improving the lifestyle of the 70% of the population which has been exposed to the limited education in terms of job creation, entrepreneurship and how the economy and the world operates. This is to help them to access the services that will make them have the ability to make an informed decision when approaching life in general.
